The import of assets can be form-based or list-based (e.g. xls, csv or xml). Conversely, assets can also be exported to external third-party systems such as financial software.
All asset attributes are searchable and filterable.
As a customer, you can create your own category trees in my SAM, which can be used to tag assets. By default, a location category is included, through which e.g. company locations, meeting rooms or other relevant locations of the company can be maintained.

Once an asset is created, a unique ID is generated for that asset. Automatically generated QR codes can be attached to the asset as labels - allowing each asset to be scanned and information about that asset to be accessed directly.
Unused or no longer needed equipment can be sold to one of our reselling partners via my SAM.
